4.25.12 Workout

If you’re looking for a workout you can do at home, I suggest these ones!

~460 calories burned overall, with ~225 calories coming from the first video alone!

Since the only clean workout bottoms I had today were biking shorts, there was no way I was going to the gym. I decided to do some Tone It Up videos because I haven’t done them in awhile and it was so much fun! I don’t think the videos are very good for strength training, but they definitely work as cardio and ab work :) My only regret is doing ones that involved lower body because I worked my lower body really hard yesterday and was sore haha!

I’m feeling good and I’m glad I didn’t let my lack of clean clothes or embarrassment keep me from getting in a good sweat sesh :)

The TIU girls and Cassey are my faves!
